Payment, Delivery & Returns

Payment

  • We accept payment by Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo, MasterCard and Visa. All transactions are carried out in Little Peas.
  • BACS Transfer is also accepted.
  • Payments must be made in pounds sterling.
  • All overseas orders must be paid by credit card.
  • If you are paying by cheque, please make them payable to Arja Hunkin. Please note that the cheque will be banked upon receipt and that delivery may take an additional 5 working days to allow for the cheque to be cleared.


Pricing
  • We endeavour to ensure that our prices are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to increase prices due to circumstances outside of our control. In this event, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel or amend your order prior to your payment being processed.
  • VAT is charged at the standard UK rate - Our prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

Delivery Policy:

 
We will dispatch goods within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment  If your goods are out of stock, you will be emailed to confirm expected delivery or offered a substitution.
 

Proof of postage is kept for every delivery and Parcelforce deliveries have a tracking number which you will receive.  Please check your parcel before signing for any signs of damage.

Please contact me immediately for any concerns over product condition upon delivery.

 
Postage charges apply as follows
  

Small Parcel Delivery £2.50

Large Parcel Delivery £4.50 (Nappy sets, tubtrugs, baskets & multiple large items)

Delivery is free for orders over £200

Free Collection is available from Little Peas

Returns Policy

Refunds or Credit Notes: may be given for returns of unwashed, unused items in original condition returned within 30 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept back any items that are unused but have been washed unless faulty. If you are unsure of any purchases I suggest you wash and try one nappy before washing the whole multi pack!

I am unable to refund any charges you incur in returning items to us for exchange or refund (inless item is faulty). However if item is to be exchanged we will not charge you any further postage costs.

Goods which fulfil this criteria may be returned at your cost to Clothnappymum, 59 Craigston Park, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 0XZ  Proof of Purchase or Recorded Delivery are highly recommended.

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch.

Goods which are purchased in the sale or at a reduced price are non returnable.

Faulty Items

Different manufacturers offer different guarantees, please contact me if you have a faulty item.

Faulty items will be replaced/repaired or refunded.

It may be necessary to return suspected faulty goods to the manufacturer for a quality inspection to be carried out. I will do this as quickly as possible.

Faulty items will only be accepted if they are received clean and dry and with out stains with clear instructions as to the problem.  Nappy leak or smells are not classed as faulty and usually down to user error. We can usually advise you in this case please contact me for assistance.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
